Lumières d’Afriques gathers 54 artworks – paintings, photographs, installations, videos, sculptures – created by 54 contemporary African artists – one per country – around the theme “African Lights and Energies”. After being presented at the Théâtre National de Chaillot in Paris in 2015, then at the Donwahi Foundation in Abidjan in 2016, the touring exhibition is now on view at the Theodore-Monod Museum, also know as IFAN (lnstitut Fondamental d’Afrique Noire - Cheikh Anta Diop) in Dakar.
